REAiL was born from a simple realization: the commercial real estate industry was drowning in manual processes, repetitive tasks, and inefficient workflows that were stealing time from what really mattered building client relationships, understanding market dynamics and managing time effectively to solve real estate problems faster.

As working brokers ourselves, we experience these pain points daily. “Big Brokerage” kept reducing splits and support, without increasing technology tools for efficiency. We spend countless hours on landlord research, lease reviews, document drafting, financial analysis, and site selection that took us away from relationship building, negotiations, and problem solving for our clients. 

We knew technology could solve these problems, but existing solutions were built by outsiders who didn’t understand our daily struggles. So we decided to build something different, AI-powered tools designed by brokers who truly understand the industry’s unique challenges and opportunities.
